They can travel around in traffic and today I was found that they call each other to warn against any traffic officers that may be around to give them tickets. I knew that they did this, giving hand signals and I know that some motorist also do it. The significance of the phones is that other drivers can not see them. They won't know that there is a cop driving around in a civilian car thus other drivers will not be able to dodge traffic the same way as a taxi driver.
A joke:
A taxi driver gets to heaven and is greeted by Peter or whoever his name is who is suppose to be standing at the heavenly gates. The taxi driver arrives, Peter looks into his book and finds the name and then gives the taxi driver an GOLDEN stick like those that they used to carry around in the olden days, they also give him a silk robe and send him on his way into heaven.
While all this is happening, there is a priest in the queue who was observing this. He now gets to Peter and Peter gives him a wooden rod and plain cotton robe. The priest, surprised, asks: I am a man of the cloth, surely I deserve more than just a wooden staff and cotton robe? Surely I rate higher than a taxi driver?
Peter looks at him and says: We deal with resutls over here, When you preached, People fell asleep but when the Taxi driver drove! People prayed.
